These strollers were designed to be used in entertainment venues like theme parks. The sketch phase for this project explored many different playful yet functional shapes. The designs needed to be welcoming and safe for young children. Stackability was also a crucial factor for this project. The strollers needed to interlock to save space & increase manageability.
Ergonomic studies were performed with young children to obtain the optimum dimensions for comfort, safety, and manufacturability. 3D CAD models were engineered to achieve both horizontal and vertical stackability, as well as moldability. An array of color studies helped to envision a desired chromatic direction for the strollers.
